PUCP imports and industrializes cocoa beans into a wide variety of high quality cocoa products. Our product line includes the following products: cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor (aka. cocoa mass), natural cocoa cake, alkalized cocoa cake, natural cocoa butter, natural cocoa powder, and alkalized cocoa powder. We also manufacture an organic line of products consisting of: organic cocoa nibs, organic cocoa liquor (aka. organic cocoa mass), organic natural cocoa cake, organic alkalized cocoa cake, organic natural cocoa butter, organic natural cocoa powder, and organic alkalized cocoa powder. We also manufacture high-fat cocoa powders including 10/12 (standard), 18/20, 20/22, and 22/24 percent fat.
